As a Lake City, Florida native for more than 30 years, My intimate knowledge of this area and my experiences of having lived here all my life, give me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home your home. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations. Prior to entering Real Estate I spent over a Decade working with Veterans. That experience helped me to understand how the relationship is the most important thing when dealing with someone and their most Valuable Assets and to put their needs first to establish a better outcome. My passion is helping people and Real Estate allows me to do that. I have furthered my education in Real Estate by getting my GRI(Graduate Realtor) Designation, to help me make my clients process a little more smoother. I am planning to take more courses in the very near future as well as obtain a Brokers License. I work with relocating clients, In-state and out of state, move up Buyers, Downsizing buyers, Investors of residential and commercial properties and developers. When I am not running my Real Estate Business, I am spending time with Family, Friends and Colleagues and participating in community events and local matters. My favorite includes spending time with my 9yr old daughter who is also my little assistant when she is not in school. She loves going with me to houses and sometimes I let her give the tour. It feels good to show her what I do and be able to give her a life that I did not have growing up.
