Very good on moving quickly viewing properties, supplying comps, getting info from sellers’ agents and my discussing options. She listened to my requests and made sure that I was in charge of informed decision making. She was timely, made sure that my lender and I were aware of deadlines. She was quick to make snd revise appointments when necessary. An example was setting up out of state and in state signings. Even more important, she was patient with my many changes on properties. She fid not rush me. She assisted me in purvhasing a home that fits me well.

I definitely could not have completed my purchase without Dominique's help! I honestly might not have started the process if she didn't arm me with facts and numbers to support purchasing the triplex I would up buying. She was available to talk, or via text, every day. Dominique is an personable, knowledgeable, responsive, number-crunching, persistent professional who matched my attention to detail and thoroughness with a knack for following up and doing whatever it took to keep the chains moving and help me close in a timely manner. This was my first multifamily purchase in Georgia but the seller who has been in the real estate business for 30 years was no match for our negotiating skills and knowledge of the local real estate market. Dominique found a lender who saved me over $50K with a portfolio loan with a 6.0% interest rate and 15% down non owner occupied 3:1 ARM. I would have paid at least 7.8% with 25% down for non owner occupied with the other lender I was considering who gave the 2nd best financing offer. The lender she referred me to also saw my home owner's insurance quote, encouraged me to keep looking, and I saved even more money. I would work with both of them again in a heartbeat and have already referred them to others in my real estate group.
