Ms. Chevallier was thorough in expected realtor duties and went above and beyond to anticipate and communicate any possible circumstances that might need to be addressed during the listing and sale. As a seller living 1500 miles away from the property, she was essential for the successful sale of the property. I appreciated her professionalism and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her unconditionally.
Dominique is a excellent real estate agent with tremendous sense of urgency. She was very responsive to our inquiries and always was a step ahead of the process. She presented market information on a clear way and always had my best interests at heart. She was very transparent and used her resources very effectively to overcome any issues. She made herself available for all actions related to the sale of my house. Some of her strengths are: Proactive, Resourceful, on time, very organize and good communication. Overall an excellent professional. Definitely her efforts and dedication helped us sold our house ahead of the projected time.
My husband and I feel very fortunate to have chosen Dominique as our realtor for the sale of our home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and took care of everything throughout the whole process. Not only is Dominique honest and detail oriented, which are just two of the characteristics that set her apart, she is also extremely professional. Whether selling your home or purchasing, if you are looking for a realtor who is friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable and can get the job done right, we highly recommend Dominique Chevallier.
I have been a self employed business man a major part of my life. It is very pleasant, although too uncommon, to meet such a diligent person to do business with...Dominique came through for us in this sale so quickly, it was hard to believe she sold our home of thirty four years in less than two weeks. Dominique was very informative and kept us up on every DETAIL in a very timely manner....is there more to be said than that I would do business with Dominique again if given the opportunity.
Dominique hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
