My experience with Dominick began positively but soon turned into a significant disappointment. As a buyer’s agent, he failed to advocate effectively. His commission structure incentivized higher purchase prices without negotiating concessions. He engaged in conversations with the seller’s agent and mortgage broker that were not aligned with my best interests. My collaboration with Dominick was distressing, and I am now grappling with the consequences of purchasing a house through him. I will not repeat this experience and will certainly choose a different realtor next time around. ———— Dominick’s response to my initial review amplifies my concerns. He never dissuaded me from purchasing the home and even pressured for another bid. I had to enlist legal help to secure the concession at closing because of his inadequacy; after attorney fees, I received 60 percent of said concession. So despite the concession being a modest $1000, I pocketed $600 after legal expenses. Now, I’m burdened with a home mortgage significantly exceeding my asset’s worth, coupled with costly repairs - repairs he assured me was of no concern and the house was in great condition. He continuously belittled my concerns and offered no support to mediate them.Our communication was frustrating as it became increasingly clear his commission was his priority. Furthermore, I initiated all research on every home we viewed, and he was absent at the closing! My advice: avoid this manipulative and neglectful realtor at all costs!

Not only did I use Dominic on multiply home purchases but have referred him to others. Myself and others have had noting but great experiences with him as he has always looked out for our best interest.
