There is not an agent that will work harder than Dominick. He was instrumental in preparing our house to be ready for the market at a feverish pace and getting our home sold. Dominick would check in often to insure we understood what was happening at all times which gave us great assurance he was on the job and committed to a good outcome.
Dom was recommended to us by the next door neighbor to my dad's home in Ivanhoe Estates. He provided very valuable feedback on what we needed to do to get my dad's house ready for market. He went over and above what most agents have done that I've worked with in the past. He took a difficult task and really helped make it much easier. He worked very quickly to even start showing the house before it was listed on the MLS. Once it was listed on the MLS, we had multiple offers and it was under contract in 2 days. He was always available every time I had a question or concern. He also personally showed the house himself as there was never a lock box placed on the front door. If you're considering selling or buying, work with Dom. He knows his market and will steer you in the right direction. You'll be glad you did!
