Short story: Dominic is amazing and you should use him as your trusted real estate agent!! When meeting the seller’s agent, she gushed over Dominic and said that he made the transaction very easy and hoped to work with him in the future! Long story: Jill and I met Dominic in a social setting, not knowing that he was a real estate agent. We got along instantly and really had a great evening talking about music, surfing and life in Southern California. Needing a real estate agent in a month or so, I did a little research on Dominic the next morning because I thought he may indeed be an agent. Low and behold, there he was on the internet in all his glory, so I called him, told him what my needs were, as well as my timeline and he said that he would be happy to represent me. While Dominic, Jill and I looked at the limited supply of homes on the MLS, I would canvas our desired neighborhoods for neglected homes that were not currently on the market, but maybe would be available if the owner knew that I was interested in purchasing their house. Dominic would find the owner’s address and send them a letter (he wrote) thru the Post Office letting them know that we were interested in buying their property. Dominic did this for over 70 properties without complaint or dissatisfaction in my obsession. While this did not lead to our eventual house purchase, it did provide me with a ton of information on home values and what neighborhoods were really right for us. And more importantly, showing me how hard Dominic was willing to work for us know matter how insane my requests and questions might be. He worked his ass of for us and we couldn’t be more grateful because we found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood where we plan on living forever! Jill and I did eventually buy a house that was listed on the MLS and the seller’s agent gushed over how great Dominic was and how easy it made her job selling the house. Thanks Dominic, you truly are the best!!
