Dominic Santoni is by far the most impressive Realtor I have ever met. I was impressed with his marketing knowledge and awareness of marketing trends, his professionalism at all times as well as his ability to sell a house that sat on the market for over 7 months with another realtor. These are all great qualities that anyone would be happy and satisfied with. But this does not describe what makes Dominic Santoni special. What makes Dominic Santoni stand out above all else as an outstanding realtor, is that from the very beginning, I felt I could trust him. Trust him for guidance and reassurance. As much as I wanted my house sold, he wanted it sold more. As an individual, he always has a positive, confident attitude. The most genuine, caring, and hardworking individual I have met. Yes, he is a realtor, but he is a realtor with integrity and heart. He truly listens to you. He sees your vision and works hard to achieve it. That combination is rare, believe me. He wants to make sure that his clients are happy and satisfied throughout the whole process, while being transparent and real. He never pressures you, or makes you feel rushed into a decision. Dom did an exceptional job! This was my first home and selling it was very emotional. Dom made the entire process simple and seamless. We have a new born baby, so he assured that the viewings were scheduled around my babies time! Every day after the showings , Dom and his wonderful wife Elizabeth would come to the house and sanitize the entire house before we came home. They even moved our dogs around for us while the inspections were getting done. They went above and beyond for us! I am so glad I had Dominic and Elizabeth representing us. Wouldn’t have had it any other way!
