My wife and I worked with Dominic and KJ to sell our house after I got a job in another place and we wanted to move in a hurry. KJ took point on catching up some maintenance tasks around the house before listing so I could focus on moving into the new place and starting the new job. That made the whole process much easier! And, I'm confident we got a competitive price for our sale.

Very nice people to work with, they made our experience selling and buying a home less stressful and made it a smooth and fun process. They made us feel like we had a team on our side and helped us get exactly what we wanted in a short amount of time with out being pushy. I will be using them again if we ever need to do so!

Jamie Dotson & Dominic were a pleasure to have on my side when we purchased our property in Mount Vernon, WA. Jamie was always available to answer all my little questions and concerns. We were buying this property, while residing out of state. This is a huge challenge in a sellers market, where things move fast! Jamie did everything to make it as easy as possible. I strongly recommend this team for Your next home purchase or sale!

We purchased our home with Jamie Dotson and Dominic. They made the process quick and easy. Jamie kept communication with us through out everything whether it was emails, phone calls or texts. And, followed through to the very end at closing. AWESOME team!!

These guys do fantastic work. We sold and bought our home though the Pettruzzelli team and the whole process took less than 3 months. Great to work with and easy to talk to. Jamie and Dominic and the rest of the team are the only way to go when selling or buying a home. They treat you right!

Dominic and his team did an awesome job helping us find out next property. I felt extremely comfortable talking and working with Dominic! He closed the home in 3 weeks which was very impressive. He was able and available to work with our crazy schedule and needs. He and his team were very involved throughout everything he knew what we were looking for in another home and was able to find one for us that was for sale by owner. He helped us negotiate an amazing deal with the sellers and negotiated on our behalf throughout. We are so happy that we chose to work with him and will be trusting him with our family and friends for buying or selling homes.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Jamie Dotson was our realtor and was absolutely wonderful to work with during the entire process. Between her and Dominic the entire process of finding and buying our first house was about as painless as I can imagine. It took us about ~2 weeks of looking with Jamie to find the right house for us. I would 100% recommend working with them and will use them again in the future if possible.

The Pettruzzelli team is incredible! They are enthusiastic and passionate about supporting their clients through the buying and selling process. They are very in tune with the market and skillfully use innovative marketing strategies to achieve excellent results.

I have had Dominic Pettruzzelli and his people help me on 2 different house property sales. The team has done a very excellent service for me on both occasions. The properties were in the state of needing TLC. have been pleased that the Team got more money for them than thought they were worth... Thank You all for Everything you have done to help me retire in better condition than would have on my own.

I’ve used Dom for a few homes and I’ve had 100% positive experience every time. My first home he had sold the day it listed for more than asking price. I was out of state and it was a seamless transaction. I was a return client after that and will forever, use him when any real estate needs in the area.

Such a great selling experience. Everyone is so wonderful, conscientious and fully engaged. We had to move for a job ASAP. The team took care of everything and absorbed a ton of the stress I associate with moving and selling a house. House sold first weekend at above expectations. We're so grateful! Highly recommended
