Social Media meets Real Estate! The quality of pictures is something I have noticed whenever I look at real estate listings and not only does this team have the top notch newest technology for pictures, the team uses professional videographers to create a stunning real life experience of life in the home. Our newly remodeled home had an amazing entertainment space in our open concept kitchen great room and our video highlighted this by documenting a Friendsgiving crowd, visiting and eating and having plenty of space. They have a very user friendly website that tells you daily the activity on your listing and all the views you are receiving on the various platforms. The agents worked to create an equitable resolution to our negotiations, so that was appreciated. The day of our video shoot, Dom, the team lead, even rolled up his sleeves and helped us with staging and final touches, as in turning the drawer pulls around on our custom vanity, who knew they shipped turned inwards!?

What drew me in particular to this team was the happenstance meeting with Dominic and a short conversation realizing that he and his team have the wherewithall and the knowledge to distribute the information in a hitech way. His team is creative, fun, hitech, and timeliness in responses. I was hesitant at first because they were located in Mount Vernon, but the distance didn't seem to hinder them at all. We would call and he would show up. We made the decision on a Friday night that we wanted to list our home, and bam, he was there that night and prepared. He already had a price and the reasons behind it. I feel like it was priced just right for what we could have hoped for. He was very realistic, honest, and was able to lay out the plan on how it would all unfold. We have heard from friends that they have seen our home multiple times through YouTube and other advertising avenues.
