HELLO I'm Dominic "Dom" Garcia. Welcome to my little corner of the real estate world. A world where for 35 years now, I have had the joy of guiding First Time Home Buyers along their journey to the American Dream of Homeownership. Honestly, I can't think of anything more rewarding and gratifying than assisting First Time Home Buyers in buying their first home. Being able to repeatedly experience and enjoy the excitement that people feel when they transition from Renters to Owners, is truly priceless. BROAD KNOWLEDGE BASE I have sold homes in almost every city in Orange County AND in every type of market condition. I have represented hundreds of Home Buyers and have toured thousands of homes. While my specialty is assisting First Time Home Buyers, I also have considerable knowledge in: Investment Properties (Buy and Hold / Buy and Sell), Duplexes, REO Assets, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Auction Properties, New Build Homes and Distressed Properties (Fixer Uppers).
