Great advice & great collaboration for smooth sale

Dom is very knowledgeable about the local markets and was able to give us honest advice and suggestions throughout the whole process selling our home. He gave us sound feedback on where best to spend the money to get the best return on our sale. Because he is an experienced house-flipper too he was able to recommend several different contractors that were able to work within our budget and timeframe as we did the necessary work to get the home show-ready. Dom's strengths are his negotiation skills and his genuine care for his clients. He is a bulldog that will go to bat and knows how to work a deal that is fair for everyone. There is a reason he has so many record-breaking sale prices and consistently is selling homes more than other agents right now. Highly recommend!
