He is a great agent. Knows the market and is able to sell, or rent your property very quickly and get full asking price. He offers full service for investment properties where he takes care of contracts, new tenants, collects rent, takes care of all repair and etc. I have spent last 3 years in Europe and all of my properties are fully rented and tenants happy with his services. Domenic (A.K.A. Dom) has been my agent for life. It was April 2002 I working with other agents looking for a home when I ran into him while I was looking at another house. The time was stressful the wife wasnt happy with anything I wanted and I wasnt happy with anything she wanted. And god bless Dom for the pain and suffering we put him though during this time. We litterally put him through the ringer. Cases where other agents had cut thier losses and said SEE YA! Dom stuck it out with us, contract after contract..cool, calm, patient and not pushy. He is very educated and likeable and formost TRUSTWORTHY. I been through many other agents/brokers with thier big names and fake smiles. When you find and agent like DOM you will keep him. I did VA home purchase, rentals, bought and sold many properties with Dom since then.
