Dolores is a seasoned professional. I can't say enough good things about her and her company. They helped us navigate through curve balls to end up with the house we really wanted.
Dolores is a true professional, treating her customers like family throughout the entire process. The quick responses, personal attention and stellar service we received in purchasing our new home exceeded our expectations. We would most definitely recommend Dolores to anyone looking for a qualified and professional realtor in Polk County. Thank you Dolores!!!
I got the perfect home that I was looking for thanks to Delores. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and enjoyable! I highly recommend Delores and will definitely send any family or friends her way.
Just changed agents and picked Dolores given her high volume of sales in the Lake Wales area and personal reviews from people I know. She jumped in and quickly gave me things I needed to do to improve our chances of selling. She connected me with local contractors to do the work and got great pictures and drone shots. Just listed and got three Saves from Zillow the very first day. Never got 3 saves before, so good sign that the suggested updates really helped.
Delores was very responsive and provided information on potential investment properties within the price range requested. She went over and beyond what was expected throughout the process. I highly recommend Delores to anyone buying or selling a home. Her staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
