I met Dolores & Dan in the Fall of 2017 while going through a divorce. We looked at houses on and off for a year and a half and purchased a home summer of 2019. I was looking for a home in The Farms and their experience & knowledge about the area is invaluable! They got to know me and were able to recommend houses that fit me, my girls & our dogs! As things happened in my personal life Dolores & Dan were there to support me in what ever way I needed, even if that meant I randomly texted houses once or twice a month to get their opinion. Several times I liked a house on paper and they told it wasn’t good, but I insisted on seeing it, and they were always right! As I neared finalizing of my divorce they were ready to go and helped me find the just the right house. After we saw it they knew I would put an offer in that day. Between then & the closing they helped me not only buy my first house on my own, but helped me with all the “Farms” things you need to know before moving out here. My car even broke down after the inspection & they came and picked the check up to hand deliver it to the brokerage company! I am so happy I met them and am grateful they helped me find the perfect house. As a surprise, Dolores brought a homemade chocolate cake to the closing for my girls and I to enjoy!
