Dolores Montoya excels at patience! In today’s rollercoaster real estate market, Dolores rolls with the punches of fickle buyers and outrageous flippers. She is a grounding force for sellers who have never encountered a market like the one we have today. She listens to her sellers and understands the markets of the past that they are still trying to operate in while gently nudging them toward the current realities. She works to present a house at the best it can be without overspending. She communicates well between buyer and seller, with their diametrically opposed views. She remains positive — most of the time — and has a great sense of humor, especially when the going gets tough.
