Dody was professional and also very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and was thoughtful and had a great sense of humor with me during the entire process. I appreciated her calm approach and felt That I could trust her at all times. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She made a very scary process for me so much easier.
