I choose Dee over 3 potential listing agents and never had cause to question my decision. That says a lot considering this was the largest real estate transaction of my life ! He was always highly professional and expert counsel. He developed an extremely impressive marketing brochure with market cap. info etc. He had 7 bids in front of me within a week ! There are always glitches but Dee was preemptive and had back up offers in hand within 24 hours of the first accepted offer going south. Great counsel on bid selection and when to walkaway when a buyer expected too much. Great with communication and constantly checking in while I waited for settlement. This was a 6 unit Apartment complex so there was a mired of things required in the process and he was always there and on top of it. Excellent choice as I was 1000 miles away for 99% of the process. 45 days from listing to settlement with a failed bid/offer in the middle, pretty impressive !
