He worded the listing to get maximum exposure. He took pictures and made a video of the house that was very attractive. Net result; we had the first offer within 4 hours of listing and 2 more within 24 hours. The house ended up selling for more than what we originally intended to get. Needless to say, the sale was an enjoyable experience.
