We had an ongoing dialogue for some 13 months. Always was able to get in touch and get information/help at various times over that period. We delt with several DK staff and each one was helpful and responsive considering we were operating out of Canada for most of the time. Donna and Brittani couldn't have been more helpful ....we could not have made the buy without them.
