She began her career as a Legal Assistant for Corporate Bank of America and was later employed at an Architectural firm in San Francisco that designed stores for many top brands, including Gap, Banana Republic, Victoria Secret and W Hotels. Originally from California, Joann eventually relocated to Atlanta to manage the business of an independent window treatment contractor for JCPenney, Costco, and Lowes. During her tenure there, Lowes awarded her business top producer status in the entire state of Georgia. Joann’s career granted her hands-on experience in business management, with a heavy emphasis on communicating and negotiating with clients and customers. Her interest in helping people attracted her to real estate, and her professional background made it a practical choice. Once Joann earned her license, it wasn’t long before she successfully closed on a double-ended transaction.
As a realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients wants and need to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress free.
