DJ did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my home. His expertise in the market's geographic area was assertive in determining a competitive purchasing price and an extra discount for the closing costs. DJ was involved in all aspects of the closing even during the home inspection. He was kind, and respectful but at the same time direct with his advice. DJ has excellent negotiation skills which helped me to close the deal for this house.

We were able to meet with DJ only one time as we live across the country from the property we were selling but he was always available to answer questions and talk when needed. We felt comfortable with the communication of the listing and how everything was handled all the way through closing. Would definitely use again when the time comes to move back to NC.

I can’t say enough good things about DJ as our realtor. He is very responsive – always picking up the phone even when he was on vacation. He gave us wise counsel on how to prepare our home to get the maximum sales price and, when we needed referrals for various home projects, he always knew someone who could help. The marketing he did for our home was fantastic – beautiful pictures and descriptions that were placed in all the usual real estate sites as well as social media. He is also very well-versed in real estate law and helped us avoid any pitfalls. The best thing is he knows how to sell a home quickly and with minimal stress to the homeowner. He told us to go away for the weekend and he would have offers for us when we returned. We did as he said and, true to his word, when we got home, we had five offers, all over our listing price. The biggest decision we had to make was which one to accept. If this is what you are looking for, then DJ is your guy!
