In my dealing with DJ as a real estate agent, I find her to be very open, honest and personable. As difficult as the home buying process can be, especially for an out-of-state buyer, she has maintained open communication contact. If I happen to call her, she either is able to answer or return my call within a short time. This includes email correspondence as well. I feel that she is working hard to assist me in finding the right home for my needs. When I have viewed listings with her, she offers an open opinion on the home, provides additional knowledge on the area for me to think about, and steps back to let me make my own decision. In other words she is not pushy for me to make a purchase. I have developed a confident relationship with DJ in this process, that I trust her opinion and value her input.

I worked with DJ and David at Century 21 to by the house in Port Orange. This is my first time buying property in US and DJ and David made it super easy and made sure I was informed but making my own decisions at every step of the way. They made us have the best strategy to work on. And most impressed part is they let us feel like we were always their top priority. They were available for all time we want for a house tour even on weekend and super fast at any response like text and phone.
