Diya Sarin was professional and very helpful finding the right house for me and my family. I we had an adea of what house we wanted to buy and we wasn't able to find. Diya help us find think outside the box and she helped us find a great house that we made into the picture. we originally had diya was patient througout the process and explained everything that we would have to do get approved and buy a house. We feel diya went above and beyond what any other realtor has ever done to us. we are still amazed at the knowledge she has about real estate and how she talk to us even on phone or in personal. My experience with Diya's market knowledge, communication and professionalism was off the charts. She knows her stuff which made our purchasing of our new home amazing. I also need to mention that her professionalism was fantastic. She offered to personally fix something in our new home, that is how far Diya will go to help out her clientele. Diya was with us every step of the way. Her regular follow up texts, emails and phone calls were so helpful. We were able to know exactly what was happening when it was happening. She was instrumental in arranging for our home inspection, as well as several other necessary inspections. If I were to ever purchase another home here in So Cal, I would definitely rely on Diya and her expertise.
