Dirk Parker was simply the best!!! I want to be very clear that if I had to sell that house again or any other house in NJ, Dirk would be the person I would want to help me!!! His knowledge of the laws and regulations were exemplary!! His energy and interest in assisting in this very difficult task was considerably more than I ever expected!! When things got very frustrating on our part, Dirk was able to explain things to us and reassure us that he would do whatever it took to help us get through the process!! Our agent was definitely working for us with the sale of our home and when it came down to the final quarter, he showed why he has this nomenclature. Less than 24 hours before our closing, the buyers financing was not yet approved due to human error. Our agent was on top of the issue and kept us updated every 30 minutes while pressing the buyer's agent and finance company. We closed 5 hours later than scheduled which we thought would put the closing on the house we were buying off the table because this all happened on a Friday afternoon. Our realtor called his team and we closed on the house we bought just over 20 minutes after closing on our old house. Dirk remained calm and helped us to keep our cool on this emotional roller coaster. We found our forever home and would recommend Dirk to anyone buying and or selling a house.
