I have been a real estate investor with 11 real estate transactions for both buying and selling, this time truly is the best experience I have ever had. Dirk has several characteristics makes him so professional : (1) He is responsive all the time and does things effectively: He would explain every step patiently and make detailed schedule so we know what to anticipate. He would also analyze good and bad moves, which were where we appreciate his professional opinions. In between the moves, he would write a quick note asking how we are doing or any questions. (2) He always goes the extra miles: After receiving offers, he would make spreadsheet to compare the offers and make recommendations. He also checked with other professionals, such as the loan officer of the buyers, to make sure the offers are valid. He recommended the title company to us with very reasonable charges. He totally eliminates any inconveniences for us by finding the necessary services involved in selling this property. (3) Dirk has great customer skills: He is always patient and enthusiastic. We were guided and not pushed to make any hasty decision. Our decisions were respected in the selling process. Even after the transaction was closed, I requested for an extra document, Dirk happily contacted the title company to send it to me. I know I will call him next time if I buy a property in Denver. He had a “customer appreciation” party recently, I wish I could have attended if I could be in Denver. Peggy C
