Dipency Georges help me sell my house that I did not think was possible to sell. He turned a nightmare into a dream come true. I had been trying to sell this house as a short sale for 3 years. The original second mortgage company had approved the short sale but when they sold the loan to another company, that company came in and declined the short sale. For 2 years after that I tried selling my home with two other realtors and one lawyer. Each time we had a buyer the second would deny everything. We tried it all, promissory note, pay the second the cash they were asking for, etc., nothing was working. Along came Dipency Georges, a God sent.
