Dipency moved down to the Emerald Coast from Brooklyn, New York, in 2002. It was a culture shock for sure, but Dipency has grown to love this area with all his heart. Dipency is a Big Green Choctaw Indian that attended Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, who then graduated a Raider from Northwest Florida State College with a B.A. Degree in Project Management & Acquisitions. Dipency and his family moved to the Emerald Coast after selling their home in Brooklyn, New York. After years of working in customer service and getting to know his surroundings, Dipency started to understand how essential and beneficial Real Estate is in life and decided to pursue Real Estate as his profession. Dipency has a deep passion for his career and intends to share his wealth of knowledge with those who seek his guidance and services.
