And the sale of our existing home was a breeze thanks to Dionne!! She told us exactly what to do to get our home ready to sell and it sold in 12 days at list price with minimal repairs after inspection. We couldn't believe how easy it was! We used Dionne 18 years ago to sell a condo at a great price, used her this year to buy/sell 2 houses at great prices, and will not hesitate to use her in the future if/when we decide to sell our current home and buy a new home!
