I can't say enough good things about Dionne Jackson! I had been struggling to rent out my property for months with no luck. Dionne stepped in and completely turned things around. She's incredibly efficient and professional, and she got my place rented out in no time. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dionne to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective agent!

The short story is - Dionne and her partner (Amanda) sold my deceased mother’s house at close to our asking price ‘As Is’ and at the low end of the market while interest rates were rising. Dionne worked closely with the buyer, the buyer’s agent and the buyer’s bank to cobble together a workable solution for everyone. The foregoing summary is less than 10% of the issues Dionne, Amanda and her escrow agent (Susie) had to navigate to complete the sale, including working through the City of Compton’s bureaucracy, meeting the needs of three siblings sharing equal ownership but having different agendas, attorney representation and post-sale relocation requirements. Dionne is strategic, compassionate and flexible. Through her leadership and Amanda’s community-based approach to connecting the dots, all the pieces came together in an orderly fashion after what had all the appearances of total chaos. Trust is hard to earn. Meeting Dionne was fortuitous and perhaps God-directed. I highly recommend her services.
