Dionne is extremely patient and shows empathy with the process. She is very responsive and has great knowledge of her role! She never hesitated to answer any of my phone calls or text messages no matter the hour I reached out. Even in moments of uncertainty, she reassured me that it would work out in the end. There was one moment after viewing so man house and I was ready to call it quits; she spent about an hour with me on the phone reassuring me. However, after the phone call I felt much better. I completely understand that this is a sale business, but she assures you that you are purchasing the perfect home. What stood out most for me was the passion and love she showed in helping my family and I finding our home even on the extremely cold winter days. If I had to do this process ever again I would chose Dionne Harris – Jackman EVERYTIME!!
