I first used Diane’s services almost 5 years ago. She was highly recommended from my place of employment and it quickly became why. She possesses a Strong understanding of the market and a sharp focus on detail. The sale and subsequent purchase of the new house went without a hitch. Even after the sale concluded She continued to work on our behalf to help find contractors and vendors who could help make the house Parkinson’s friendly. Due to a change in life’s circumstances we were forced to put the house on the market. When a neighbor, who is a realtor, heard through the grapevine that we were selling, she introduced herself and asked she could put in a proposal. Out of politeness I agreed although I had no intention to use anyone other Dione. We are so glad we did! Dione was able to sell the house $20,000 more then the other realtor suggested. Dione and her team went above and beyond for us. From helping us with moving, to staging, cleaning and making the property pristine for the new owner. I don’t like to make promises I can’t keep. But I will promise you this. If you use Dione you will not regret it.
