Diona's knowledge helped us become competitive buyers in LA's extremely competitive market. She let us know when we should bid over asking (while not bidding so high we became uncomfortable) and helped us navigate escrow. Diona has been great about keeping in touch as well, especially as we try to continue learning about the process of being home owners now that the search is over. We'll definitely be returning to Diona when we're ready to buy our next home.

OMG...where to even start!!! Diona was a God send!!! She single handedly turned my husbands and I home buying experience around. With Diona's expertise our house sold in 2 days. She made signing all the closing/sell documents painless and efficient.
