I'm a first-time buyer, and Dinora was fantastic throughout the process. This has been a difficult market, with low inventory (at least with what I was looking for) and properties receiving offers within a day or two. Dinora was very patient through the process, and did not push me to make any decisions I was even slightly uncomfortable with. She was responsive to view properties, and flexible to work around my schedule. On a few occasions, she even coordinated with her team to show me properties before they were actually listed, allowing me additional time to make a decision. Dinora also provided me with valuable advice through the process. In one case, I had made an offer on a house, but the seller disclosed a significant flaw that they were unwilling to fix. I was very concerned, but Dinora explained the situation, my options, and her recommendation - which confirmed my feelings that I should walk away. Looking back, I am so grateful that I made that decision. Dinora made many other recommendations through the process and built up a great level of trust. I always felt confident that she was working for me, not for herself or her company. As a first-time buyer, I'm completely satisfied with the home I purchased. Some of that is due to the house itself, but a lot of it comes from my confidence in the buying process, thanks to Dinora's hard work.
