The landlord had us pay for the application after meeting us. He got the credit report and all was left was Background check. Due to Covid the background check took sometime. After ten days and background still pending we contacted the landlord and he informed us they decided to Pass on application. Landlord had credit report same day application was submitted, I Found this very unprofessional, inconvenient and a big waste of time. Our understanding was once background check was received we were good to go
