Terrific Agent
I had a particularly difficult sale to carry out as I live in Canada, had recently lost my husband and could not come to Florida to deal with the sale. Dinah came to my rescue on every front. Dinah went far beyond normal real estate agent services and helped me with the contents of the house, shipping them home to me, and dealing with my frequent meltdowns during a number of extensions to the closing date and the strange ways of Florida real estate practices. I wholeheartedly recommend Dinah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I accepted a final price that was lower than the initial offer, but that was due entirely to my desire to sell quickly as I simply could not hang on to the house through another season.
