Dillon is a kind, considerate, genuine guy and a great realtor. He went above and beyond to help me sell my house and buy my new one. Dillon cared about my needs, getting out of a multilevel house and into a ranch home for my daughter with disabilities. Having a child with disabilities carries many challenges and Dillon helped lessen the stress and burden of selling and buying a house with the challenges I face. Dillon walked me through each step of the contracts and dates for both sales. He came over to physically help me fix things, move things, clear out the clutter and get my house ready for showings. He always made time to show me my new house when I asked and answered all the questions I had about it. Dillon walked me through all the paperwork and kept me on track with all the deadlines for both houses. Any issues that arose on either house, Dillon was easy to work with. He was kind and listened to help find solutions to keep me moving forward towards my goals. Dillon had contacts for everything I needed to get done - electrical, plumbing, and general contract work and he got the appointments set up as well. To top it off, Dillon blessed my family by having a ramp custom built to get my daughter in and out of the house. Dillon is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and generous.
