Dillon is a kind, considerate, genuine guy and a great realtor. He went above and beyond to help me sell my house and buy my new one. Dillon cared about my needs, getting out of a multilevel house and into a ranch home for my daughter with disabilities. Having a child with disabilities carries many challenges and Dillon helped lessen the stress and burden of selling and buying a house with the challenges I face. Dillon walked me through each step of the contracts and dates for both sales. He came over to physically help me fix things, move things, clear out the clutter and get my house ready for showings. He always made time to show me my new house when I asked and answered all the questions I had about it. Dillon walked me through all the paperwork and kept me on track with all the deadlines for both houses. Any issues that arose on either house, Dillon was easy to work with. He was kind and listened to help find solutions to keep me moving forward towards my goals. Dillon had contacts for everything I needed to get done - electrical, plumbing, and general contract work and he got the appointments set up as well. To top it off, Dillon blessed my family by having a ramp custom built to get my daughter in and out of the house. Dillon is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and generous. I would recommend him to friends, family and anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Dillon was diligent, patient, and persistent and worked tirelessly to help us find our new home. He worked hard to make sure that we were getting what we wanted and that our needs were met throughout all of our property searches. The market is crazy these days but Dillon helped us navigate the crazy with confidence, expertise, and a sense of calm that was immensely appreciated. We always had full trust that Dillon was looking out for our best interests and that we would find the best place for us at the end of the journey. He always made us feel like he truly cared about us and that our search was important, even after several months of searching. Hoping we won't need to search for a new place for a very long time, but if ever we do, we would not hesitate to contact Dillon again!
