We flew in to the state with no advance notice and limited time. Dilan put aside his plans to show us around the Tampa area and ultimately, the perfect home for us. After a couple of months looking online at different areas in the state of Florida, we ended up driving to the Tampa area to look at a few properties. With our address list in hand, we called Dilan. He listened to what we said we were looking for and then screened our list and added a few that he thought might be better for us. Dilan went above and beyond! Over a three day period, he drove us all over the Tampa area. He listened as we would walk through each property, ( one was even a tear down), he gave us valuable input and helped us to prioritize and zero in on what was really important. Great knowledge of the different neighborhood’s in the Bay Area. I appreciated his patience the most during the whole process. He never hyped one property over another and kept track of likes and dislikes for each one. I would highly recommend Dilan if your looking for a professional that listens with their heart.
