I was referred to Dietric Williams by family who had recently worked with him on the purchase of their home. I am happy to report that I’m now a home owner and am forever grateful to have worked with Dietric. Thanks Dietric for never backing down or saying no – even when we had back-to-back viewings on a rainy day and dealing with LA traffic. Dietric was very professional, honest, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. Appreciated Dietric’s patience, as he will not pressure you into buying just for the sake of buying or completing a sale; he was looking out as if he was buying a house for himself. Dietric was amazing! My fiancée and I are first time homebuyers and set a target goal of three months to purchase a home. Dietric went above and beyond to make it happen! When it came time to closing, Dietric as our REALTOR was even able to support us in negotiating with the seller to account for renovation costs and repairs that we would need to take on after the sale. He closed exactly how we wanted. As our agent, he maintained integrity and did not give us any high pressure sales, even during a point when we had to figure out new financing due to rising interest rates and a loss in buying power. He was patient, and treated each house we viewed together with necessary due diligence as if it was one we might purchase. He is an industry expert and his knowledge of the negotiating process and the real estate industry shines! I would highly recommend Dietric Williams!

Everyone kept telling me how stressful buying a property was going to be, but with Dietric it wasn't. He made things clear to me, and didn't make me feel less than because I didn't know allnof the real estate terminologies.
