Had the good fortune to be introduced to Diego through a spontaneous house hunt in 2022. We had just started talking about looking for a new home that met our changing needs, and hopped in the car to begin our search. Zillow matched us with Diego, and he became an instant partner in our home quest. Above all else, Diego was extremely patient with our long search, our changing minds, and the unreliable economy. When we did finally make an offer on a home and place our house on the market, the housing market changed and interest rates soared within a week. It was a very frustrating time to buy a home. But Diego stayed encouraging, and offered advice and knowledge of what to expect. Because of the market fluctuations, both deals fell through. But we continued the search. Sometimes taking months off in between property searches and showings. Diego was always ready to help us look more, open doors, arrange showings, and answer endless questions.
