Dick even managed to get the sellers to include the lawn mower (in addition to all the appliances). Dick is an expert regarding the Maryville area, knows many useful people (introductions to whom were very helpful to us as newcomers), and was exceedingly patient with us. He showed us dozens of properties. Dick always made himself available. He will put in the extra effort to make sure the job gets done!
