I recently relocated for a job opportunity, and was referred to Dick via the relocation company to help sell my home. Dick arrived right on time, and was well-prepared with a detailed comp analysis, marketing examples, financials and a positive attitude. Since this was my first time selling a home, Dick walked me through the process and really put me at ease. His demeanor, wealth of experience, and being a Long Beach local were among the reasons I selected him. I was highly impressed with Dick's communication. He was easily reachable, and would get back to me very quickly. This was especially important because I already moved and was selling the home remotely. We sold the home very quickly (first open house!) and Dick very thoroughly explained all of the offer details. He patiently answered even my dumbest questions as we proceeded with the sale. Overall, I was very happy working with Dick from the very beginning to very end of the process, and would gladly recommend him to anyone!
