Dianne helped us through our first time home buying experience in 2010 and again when we moved in 2019. Both times, it has been a pleasure to work through this stressful process with her. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and has made the process smooth. She carefully took into account the criteria we had given her and respected them. With every offer, she navigated us through the very confusing paperwork and we knew everything was done properly. Importantly, she was also completely available when we needed her, and very easy to get a hold of. Due to her many years of experience, she is also a wealth of information on various contractors. To this day, we will contact her if we are looking for a contractor. If she doesn't know one personally, she reaches out to other realtors and finds one for us! We wouldn't go to anyone else!
