She's a good agent, showed us many houses but didn't describe the good and bad. I wanted to offer less than asking price on the home we bought due to the numerous repairs needed. She discouraged us from doing that and the repairs and remodeling that HAD to be done were way above the budget we wanted to spend. I think she should have done more research on the property before closing because if we knew then what we know now I don't know if we would have purchased it. I would have been willing to spend more money on another house that didn't need so many repairs.
