I purchased a house in Vegas with Rima’s help and couldn’t be more happier with the whole experience. She made it so easy and smooth so I didn’t need to stress or worry about anything, considering the fact that I live out of state that was one of the most important things for me. She also made sure we get the best deal and cared about the whole thing and even about the smallest details that I for example didn’t even want to concentrate on, but she made sure my interests are protected. Rima was a wonderful realtor to work with in selling my Dad's property. She was able to provide reliable contractors for the many home improvements we needed and had great knowledge in getting the house up to par for sell. Once on the market, she held an open house in which we received many offers. Her guidance during the entire selling process (from pre-market, on-market to closing) was remarkable and professional. I was not knowledgeable about selling homes in the state of Nevada and she was exceptional in educating and helping me understand the real estate laws and regulations in Las Vegas.
