Dianna not only sold me my house, which was a great experience in 2018 - but because of that, I reached out to her again to sell my house in 2024. She and her co-realtor Kaylie helped tackle selling my house and did a great job. It sold in under a month for the asking price and was closed on in a quick manner. Dianna has always fought for my interest when it came to buying or selling, whether that was replacement of the roof before buying or the buying agent trying to get us to replace an entire window set that was never agreed upon before signing the closing documents. I really appreciate Dianna's attention to detail and willingness to fight for her clients. She also does a lot of coaching when it comes to getting your house to sell. 10/10 would use her again if I am buying/selling around Marion County.
