Diann was familiar with the market which allowed us to find our home timely and within budget. Her knowledge of day to day living, that can quickly be overlooked when pondering such a big life change was invaluable. Example: what way does the driveway face so your snow melts, will your neighborhood streets be busy with everyday traffic and are your neighbors out and about or mirror your style of living. She was proactive in reaching out to tradesman if questions or concerns arose during our showing like windows, bacterial growth or foundational issues so we could make real-time informed decisions. She was quick to point out highlights of the home and balanced that with items that may be a concerned or overlooked by us. It was clear Diann knew her stuff.
