Diane did a great job helping me sell my father's house in Boynton Beach. Diane had an excellent read on the market (as soft as it was) and made timely suggestions on pricing and other aspects of marketing the property to ensure it got in front of as many potential buyers as possible. I live out of state and Diane did a great job managing the process locally and keeping me informed every step of the way. In particuliar, Diane's communication skills and follow-up are outstanding.

Kept me advised as to progress throughout. Checked my unit regularly as I was not in the area for some time.

Diane helped us buy our our condo 15 years ago and now she helped us sell it. Diane, did an outstanding on all fronts. She was a great communicator, negotiator, shs is caring and understanding. She made all the hard things seem easy. We had a few snags in the sale and she patiently and methodically addressed all the issues and made us feel confident and reassured. We can't thank her enough. We can't say enough great things about the service and professionalism of Diane Torti. She was in constant contact with us throughout the process of purchasing our home. Not only was she in contact with us she was also in contact on a "daily basis" with the lender. We were working with a Mortgage Broker who was quite dilatory, and Diane helped us get our financing with one of her Mortgage Brokers who was unbelievable. Without her getting us with this person we would have never been able to complete the process of buying our home. I've worked with a lot of Real Estate people in my life but have never experienced someone of her attention to detail and astuteness. She is the consummate professional and we can't thank her enough with this home buying process and we will be referring her to anyone who ask us if we know a Great Real Estate person.

Diane was very knowledgeable of the area homes presently listed and those which had recently sold. She provided me with detail information of these homes listed/sold in the area of Greentree Villas. This information was beneficial in pricing my home. Her professionalism and communication were excellent. She kept me informed of activity not only about inquiries on my home but also of the area updates. When I had to leave Florida one day earlier than planned because of the incoming storm, I was not able to finish cleaning the garage and removing the items we were not able to take. I asked some friends to take care of this. She went above and beyond to follow up and make sure that this was completed. She did a walk through to make sure that everything was okay for the sale. Diane was wonderful. Professional, patient and was able to answer all my questions. She went above and beyond what a realtor's job is and despite some hurdles was able to tackle all issues. She did a perfect job. I recommend her highly.
