In general, I keep my expectations of people very high, especially in a profession such as real estate. Diane went above and beyond on every measure. I can be difficult to work with because I am extremely detail oriented. Diane’s patience and expertise in the purchase of our new home was invaluable. She helped us successfully execute an FSBO as our buyer’s agent, working with a challenging seller. She was on top of it every step of the way, from preparing the proper agreements & forms, to scheduling inspections, getting financing, to ‘you name it.’ She was awesome, and we WILL call her next time we're in the market - whether to buy, sell, exchange or upgrade our current property. Her follow-through efforts coordinating us and the seller, title and financing was top-notch. She took care of details we couldn’t while we worked our normal jobs during the escrow process.
