We had a very long journey to buying our new home. Dianne helped us sell our home but with the current market, we were unable to buy another before closing. After the sale of the home Diane strapped in for the long road ahead. It was extremely difficult to find temporary housing (1-3 months) to stay in while we found our new home. We have used Diane for all 3 of our rent houses the last 5 years while we were trying to get ready to buy our own home. Diane went above and beyond throughout the whole process. My Wife and I used Diane to help us find a rental two years ago when we first move to AZ (not sure if we were staying permanently). Diane kept in touch over the years with a quick note here and there, even going as far as remembering our wedding date and sending a gift! I let her know we were ready to start looking and she created a custom home search that was sent via e-mail daily containing new listings. Every time I asked if we could see a house she set up and we did. After we found the one we wanted she negotiated the offer through appraisal issues and all (she paid for an additional roof inspection out of her own pocket to ensure roof repairs were done acceptable).
